We are proud of our dynamic, caring and talented teachers.

Our faculty is comprised of 49 full- and part-time educators, including experienced 30-year veterans as well as a few newly certificated young teachers. We have:

• Two science specialists
• Three performing arts and music teachers
  
• Enrichment teachers in the visual arts, foreign language, technology and physical education
• ACS students also enjoy the support of a full-time librarian to teach library skills and assist with research projects

Taken as a whole, our faculty offers children more than 750 combined years of teaching experience! ACS is a fun, upbeat place to teach and learn; consequently our teachers enjoy long tenures at ACS and our rate of faculty retention ranks among the best independent schools nationally. More than 90% of our teachers have chosen to stay at ACS over the past decade, a tribute to the positive experiences they’ve had with our supportive families and engaged children.

Few schools can offer a comparably loyal, enthusiastic and dedicated faculty; indeed, fully 100% of our teachers donate personal funds to our Annual Giving Campaign each year.
