Electives

Our Middle School students choose from an extensive collection of exciting and varied elective courses, representing the broad expertise of our faculty and the dynamic interests of the students themselves. Different electives are offered each year, including new options. Most electives run for one trimester, allowing students to try a number of topics over the course of their three years in middle school.

ACS is committed to helping shape well-rounded learners with experience in a range of subject areas and interests. To support this goal, ACS graduation requirements include Word Processing, Speech 1, and a choice of one Community Involvement elective and one Fine Arts or Drama course.
