Almaden Country School was founded in 1982, which means that our most senior alums are nearing their 40th birthdays while many alumni are still completing their education or just starting school.
We have four children of ACS alums attending ACS, making us a multigenerational school. ACS aspires to serve its alumni by keeping in touch with you, making sure you’re aware of how we’re doing and where we’re headed, and inviting your involvement and support with your alma mater.
You’ll be pleased to know that ACS now has its first electronic alumni database. In the near future, you’ll receive electronic newsletters that keep you up to date on new developments at ACS, and provide interesting profiles on ACS alums. We hope you will help us serve you well by keeping your contact information current, and letting us know your news and updates.
This year, ACS reached out to a number of alumni to form an Alumni Council that can help us determine the best way to meet the needs of ACS graduates. Through the alumni e-newsletter, we’ll give you opportunities to participate in the life of the school by inviting you to evening performances of the plays and special school events, and by encouraging groups of alumni to organize mini-reunions at the Annual Dinner Auction in the spring.
Stay tuned for more information from your new ACS alumni connection!
