Birthday Book Form

Birthday books are a wonderful way to celebrate your child's special day whether it is a birthday or other occasion. Especially selected books, tailored to your child's reading level and interests, will be commemorated with a bookplate with your child's name and will delivered by the Birthday Book Squad for a memorable experience. Once your child is done reading these books, they are invited to exercise their "giving" muscles by donating the books to the ACDS library for others to check out and enjoy.
