Each year, eScrip sends thousands of dollars to Almaden Country School directly from purchases that registered parents have made in their normal course of shopping! No special purchases. No extra charges. You just shop as usual.

Scrip Generates Funds For ACS
When you buy scrip from ACS, you are purchasing gift certificates and gift cards that are used just like cash. Use scrip to buy everyday items like food, gas, clothing, gifts and more—all from popular retailers where you already shop. The difference is that with each purchase, you also earn revenue for ACS. The Great Lakes Scrip Center, from which ACS acquires its scrip, buys large amounts at a discount and passes the bulk of the savings along to the school. ACS then retains the majority of the discount—from two to twenty-five percent! For a full list of merchants and denominations available to ACS through the Great Lakes Scrip Center.
Scrip can be ordered in two ways: online or at school by filling in the scrip order form that is sent home. For more information on how to order online contact the PSA. Order forms are collected every Wednesday and the scrip is delivered the following Wednesday. The PSA also carries an on-hand inventory for those last minute needs!
Box Tops For Education Turns Labels Into Cash
Box Tops For Education is a General Mills fundraiser program. The familiar pink and yellow label found on hundreds of participating brands throughout the grocery store are clipped, collected at school, and sent back to General Mills, who, in turn, sends us cash back for our school programs. We can also earn cash rebates when you shop online and access over 100 stores through the Box Tops Marketplace. ACS earns up to 15% of each qualifying purchase at no additional cost to you.
S.H.A.R.E.S Card
S.H.A.R.E.S. is an acronym for Supporting Humanities, Arts, Recreation, Education & Sports. It is another way families can fundraise for our school while they shop for their regular weekly groceries. The S.H.A.R.E.S. card program is an easy and efficient way for families to help raise funds as the cards are already registered to the school. Families are not required to renew their cards or set up an account. All families need to do is swipe their card at checkout. The PSA then receives a quarterly check for 3% of the qualified purchases made at Lucky’s, Savemart, Food Max and S Mart. Contact the PSA today to get your S.H.A.R.E.S card.
Recycling Fundraiser
This recycling program turns your used cell phones and other consumer electronics into “cold, hard cash” for our school. The program accepts and pays for a variety of your used cell phones and other consumer electronics. Recycling a used cell phone can bring in as much $350! Families can drop off their old cell phones (without accessories) and consumer electronics anytime in the front office. The PSA will receive payment within 30 days of the shipment inspection date.
